Chris has also held prominent roles in the USA, including Director of Coaching for Florida Premier and Head Coach for Charleston Battery, where he led the team to a National Championship title.

An experienced football coach and academic liaison with over 24 years in youth development and coaching. Currently, he serves as an Academy Coach and Academy Scout at Queens Park Rangers where he has been instrumental in scouting and developing young talent since December 2016.

In addition to his role at Queens Park Rangers, Tim is also an Academic Coach/Liaison at Kinetic Foundation, where he has been providing tailored coaching and support since September 2022. With a strong commitment to nurturing young talent, Tim conducts development sessions focused on individual player improvement, showcasing his dedication to fostering the next generation of football stars.

She possesses unparalleled access to players, coaches, and training methodologies at prestigious clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur FC, where her husband Andy Rogers was Head of Global Football Development and is the current Managing Director Tottenham Hotspur Women.
